I see this more like a TIP than a mod.
The Simplified Evil Quick Reply is as simple as it gets. It does nothing else than adding a quick reply form.
There is no BBCodes, Smilies or anything else.
Use the original Mod viewtopic.php?f=69&t=595969 or one of the other Quick Reply mods if You want a more advanced quick reply form.
